Richard Haynes

Richard Haynes is one of the best kept secrets in Canada.

He is a powerful coach who leverages the power of trust with focused accountability to bring out the best in the people he works with. His whole life has been focused on noticing others and what they desire, then working to help them achieve it. During his 13 years as a Senior Facilities Manager, Richard completed an Executive MBA where he discovered and followed his passion for professional coaching. A few years later he earned his credentials with the International Coach Federation.

He has been coaching since 2015 and in 2018 he made the career change to coach full time. For Richard coaching is more than a career, it is his life mission. He is uniquely skilled at helping clients identify patterns and make changes needed to experience greater success.

Toni Guffei

Toni Guffei is an accomplished speaker, author and educator with an extensive track record as a marketing strategist working with and speaking to a range of business owners in North America. She has taken on a number of leadership roles from managing a consulting practice to directing the marketing for 13 airports. She offers a wealth of marketing expertise in both traditional and digital marketing. After an 8 year career in transportation, Toni launched her own practice while teaching part-time to make ends meet. Currently, she successfully strategizes and implements marketing for growth businesses looking to accelerate their brand in global markets. She still teaches in post-secondary as it is a passion of hers to inspire up and coming entrepreneurs and marketers. As a plus, becoming an exceptional educator has been what launched her into a speaking career. To date, she has spoken at many industry events and customized relevant digital marketing talks where attendees gain expert advice on what works in today’s online world. A favorite speaking opportunity for Toni was when she was a main speaker at ExPat Talks in NYC. She energized the audience with a compelling talk about leading from the back seat based on her personal experience with motivating others to contribute in a team environment. Toni has also been a guest speaker at a number of universities in the U.S. and has inspired students to feel confident in their marketing abilities by sharing her insightful strategies. In 2020, her book entitled Digital Marketing Strategies was made available through Kendall Hunt, a U.S. based publisher. This book provides both students and entrepreneurs a well-structured approach to marketing in today’s ever-changing world.

Keri Drennan

Keri has expertise in integrating cultures through transformative leadership and change management. Being authentic, a great communicator and tough when required, she has successfully transitioned her teams through several mergers and acquisitions.

Alice Mar Rocher

Alice, Founder of Mea Crescendo, has an advanced degree in her field and over two decades experience in senior leadership. She is an ICF Certified iPEC coach, Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neurolinguistic Programming, ELI Master Practitioner, and Hogan Consultant.

Her mission is to guide clients around the globe to develop a strong leadership presence, expand their influence, and lead with powerful communication, mental and behavioral flexibility, and inspirational energy.

Diane Dean

Diane is a Master Certified Coach Principal of The Learner’s Edge, LLC, Master Certified Coach, Certified Global Team Coach, with over 30 years experience, a Certified Trainer of Neurolinguistic Programming and spent ten years as head of Learning and Development for Tokyo Electron US Holdings, an international corporation.

She is qualified to use several assessments such as the Leadership Circle Profile 360 as the founder of The Learner’s Edge, Diane enjoys working with all levels of leaders and learners so they are successful and satisfied in their careers.

Melissa DeLuca

Melissa has over 25 years of experience with companies like Google and Cisco where she built and led successful global HR teams and was a Top 10 business salesperson. She is the founder and CEO of DeLuca & Willow, which is a coaching business built to empower people to win in business and life.

Melissa leverages her certifications in five different cutting-edge coaching modalities to help her clients get extraordinary results quickly.

Andrew L. Anderson

Andrew grew up in Boise, ID. He served a two-year service mission for his church to Belgium and France. He went on to receive a master’s degree in Education and loved teaching high school students for six years. Since 2015, Andrew has cultivated this teaching passion as a #1 international best-selling author, speaker, and coach, helping individuals break through limiting beliefs, transform their lives and businesses and find lasting freedom.
