How We Begin: Breakthrough Session

Rooted in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), our breakthrough session delves into uncovering the conditioning of your mind that has led to your current life circumstances.

We select a specific area of focus, such as business, relationships, or health and fitness, and dedicate 5 to 7 hours over two days to identify patterns, release negative emotions, and overcome limiting beliefs.

By shedding unconscious baggage, most participants experience a sense of lightness and freedom, paving the way for envisioning a new path forward.

Following this, we collaborate to define new goals aligned with your core values and leverage the power of language to enhance their impact.

Steps in a Breakthrough Session

  1. Initial Consultation (30 – 60 minutes)
  2. Read Chapters 1 – 6 of Mental and Emotional Release by Dr. Matt James (2 hours)
  3. Day 1 of Breakthrough (3 hours) 
  4. Day 2 of Breakthrough (3 hours) 
  5. Vision Review & Goal Setting (45 – 60 minutes) 

The 4 Requirements for Change

  1. Let go of mental and emotional baggage and understand your core values.
  2. Create a compelling new vision and use aligned goal setting to engage your unconscious mind.
  3. Take action.
  4. Maintain focus on your new vision, keeping in mind that life is happening for you rather than to you.
